Avoid sharing access with external parties the demo system is designated exclusively for use by the LenelS2 Sales Team.

Notice 2: Picture ID Maintenance:
Refrain from uploading or replacing picture IDs of cardholders.

Notice 3: Demo Items Cleanup:
In the event of demonstrating the creation of new items, such as Cardholders, Access Levels, Time Specs, etc., it is mandatory to delete these items after your presentation.

Notice 4: Report Naming Convention:
When generating reports, ensure that the report is named beginning with an underscore and your initials. [ _VB_Report]. Reports not adhering to this naming convention may be deleted to maintain system usability.
